A new type Ia supernova has been detected in NGC7331. This is a well studied galaxy with amazing Hubble images available. There have been prior supernovas observed in this galaxy. This image is assembled from RGB captures using iTelescope T72 in Chile. See: https://www.wis-tns.org/object/2025rbs for detailed information about this supernova.
