Full Flower Moon Setting on 1st May.

Clear skies in the early morning on 1st May provided a good view of the Full ‘Flower’ Moon setting through a thin layer of cloud on the horizon behind Chikanga Township to the WSW of Mutare between 5.27 and 5.31 am. This was an exceptionally distant moon (a micromoon) in a far part of its orbit around earth.
