A palm tree in the snow.The Windmill Palm is quite common in western Europe and completely hardy surviving temperatures down to -15 c.but here it hardly ever gets below -3.Their record is in Plovid, Bulgaria where a stand of Windmill Palms survived a drop to -32c for a short period.
