posible rocket exhaust/fuel dump.

I was taking photos of the Perseids meteor Shower, until I noticed something moving in the eastern sky and I realized I have never seen anything like it. Then I moved my camera due east of north to capture whatever this was. With the exposure set to 10 seconds, I was able to capture the movement which was from right to left, or south to north.
