What am I going to do now?

Canadian wildfire smoke was particularly heavy here today so I almost didn't go out, but decided to check on a few local lakes and then call it a day. At Portal Lake and seemingly out of nowhere this great blue heron appeared with a bull frog it had just caught. Judging from the look on the heron's face, perhaps it was wondering how it was going to swallow a frog this large. I'm not sure who was the most surprised, the heron catching the frog, the frog getting caught, or me watching it happen.
