Summertime at Maya's Lake

I live close to this special place in Bortle 2 skies on a guest ranch run by a friend, I had a vision to capture the summer Milky Way reflecting off this little lake and the weather allowed me to execute it. It was completely calm and quiet. I was there all alone for 3 hours taking pano shots and visited occasionally by a swimming muskrat making ripples and causing the stars to dance. The last set of pano photos I took was the best as the clouds disappeared and the water was like a mirror.

Canon R6 with Sigma 14mm lens, f/1.8, 20 seconds for 9 frame panorama.
