Mars at opposition

I noticed the wind had settled, so I decided to head outside and capture Mars while it was at its zenith. I’m so glad I took the opportunity because tonight the sky is covered in clouds.

Celestron 9.25 telescope , Celestron AVX mount. ZWO585 camera

I processed the video in AutoStakkert to stack and align the frames. Then, I used WaveSharp to bring out finer details. Finally, I edited it in Photoshop to reduce noise and adjust the colors for a polished finish.
