Fish beware, the eagles have arrived

An unseasonably warm Sunday afternoon but so windy I thought twice about heading out to look for bald eagles. Watching these two guys fly in just as I was about to call it a day made the effort worthwhile. Needed every bit of my 1250mm lens to watch them as they surveyed the lake for fish, they were a couple hundred yards away from me perched in the top of the tallest dead tree in the lake.
