Ghostly arch..

finishing up an after dinner walk, saw the crepuscular rays, and snapped the photo with my phone, as I do. Did not notice the ghostly white arch until I looked later. What can the experts tell me about it... never seen one before. Could it be the sun's halo still visible above the horizon? 25 minutes after sunset.
