The Last Chance Desert ( actual name of the location ) is a Bortle Class 1 dark sky and is the closest, least populated site to me for great stargazing and astrophotography. In my previous community photo I posted, one can see the 3 camera setup I was using. The human eye has somewhat poor color night vision and can see most of the stars at night as white and some as blue, orange or yellow... but the camera's sensor does a much better job capturing all of the color we can't see.
Canon T7 camera with Rokinon 14mm lens, tripod, MSM star tracker, intervalometer. Flashlight to illuminate the Juniper tree.
