Sunset pink cotton candy mammatus clouds. These occurred just before sunset and while I was taking out the trash & looked up, ran back in and grabbed my phone. They were yellow orange when I saw them and pink when I came back out for the photo. Not very thick for this type of cloud formation but this is the dry summer season.

Time to get out the blue body paint, deer antlers headgear and light the bonfire.
I don't know why but neighbors seem to enjoy this ancient event almost as much as I do. 😂
