This was taken just before sunset, looking West across our local beach to the Pacific. The interesting part of this photos is the cloud formation. I wonder if those are contrails high over the marine cloud layer casting shadows on the top of the marine layer of clouds. I have another photo showing the beach and ocean but not as many clouds. Your opinion?
