Decided to get down to Earth today for a change. A walk thru the Garden with the macro lens.
Clockwise from upper left:
1) I can never get close enough to a swallow-tail butterfly to get a good macro shot. But their larval form is very cooperative!
2) Peace Lily. So simple.
3) The miniature holly is blooming in time for the holidays.
4) These ominous looking creatures are actually hover flies. They like to hover over plants. They are quite harmless. Except to plants.
