Saturn at opposition, was as big as it gets. During the still of the night, just before twilight and dawn, I caught a still photo on a mobile telephone camera, shooting through a basic refractor telescope. Even with this "poor man's deep sky" set up, the beauty of Saturn's elliptical, rakish form came through. Lovely to behold! See it for yourselves!
