First light - Take 2!

This is my second attempt at imaging with my new RVO ED80 rig, last session was cut short when the filter cracked due to thermal shock on my first session. I’m planning to image next years total solar eclipse and this is the rig I’m hoping to use, optical train is sorted out, I just need a portable tripod and mount and a few other bits.

Rother Valley Optics Horizon ED80 Doublet APO, Spectrum Telescope 4.75” Glass Solar Filter, Antares 1.5x Barlow lens, Baader UV/IR cut filter, Nikon Z7 II.
