Lunch at the Bird Feeder Bar and Grill

What a blessing! Today, I was taking advantage of the beautiful weather by working in the garden. I took a break and sat on the picnic table to enjoy the warm sunshine. Suddenly, the birds on my bird feeders scattered, and I saw something drop to the ground. I investigated and found a small owl with a bird in its talons. I ran to get my camera but the owl was gone. I sat back down and suddenly noticed small feathers dropping from the trees by the feeders. I found this beautiful Norther Pygmy Owl having an afternoon snack. What a blessing!
