Two Crescents - Moon and Venus share the evening Sky!

Captured from Lahore through a brief window of atmospheric clarity after sunset, just after clouds finally parted for a short while.
Earlier today, this close encounter was an actual lunar occultation of Venus from parts of Asia and Europe, with the Moon passing directly in front of Venus. From Lahore, however, we witnessed a beautiful close conjunction instead — the two crescent worlds appearing together against the twilight sky.

The Moon revealed its delicate crescent, while Venus showed its own tiny crescent phase.
