Southern region of the Moon with Clavius and Schiller

Last Saturday I decided to point the telescope at this area of the Moon, located in the southern hemisphere and characterized by a very large number of craters of all sizes. In the photo we see, almost on the terminator, the enormous crater Clavius (230 km in diameter) and inside it the smaller craters Clavius D, C, N, J, arranged in an arc. There are other large craters nearby, such as Scheiner crater, further west, and Blancanus. Northwest of Clavius we see the large crater Longomontanus (146 km in diameter) and near the left side of the photo we find Schiller, a crater with a very peculiar shape and about 180 km in size.
On the terminator, at the top of the photo, you can still see the highest areas of Tycho crater, before the complete passage to the night part of our satellite.
