Square Moon behind Burriac Castle

Last night, together with a group of photographers from the Cosmos Association of Mataró, we waited for the Moon to rise behind the ruins of Burriac Castle, a medieval fortress located on the summit of the hill of the same name, offering spectacular views over the Maresme region.
It was a photo we had attempted several times before, but without success because of the clouds. Yesterday, although it was no longer a full moon, we were surprised when we saw our satellite appearing with an almost square shape, probably due to differences in air temperature or humidity at different layers of the atmosphere.
