Under the Canopy of Stars

I had not expected it to be so cloudy the night I decided to drive to Joshua Tree National Park, a three hour OW drive. But the weather hardly ever cooperates, changes on a dime. Even with that, I was able to capture some amazing stars, especially the Sagittarius constellation. The park is an International Dark Sky park, but light pollution creeps from neighboring communities. The clouds also amplify the light pollution.
