Venus-Jupiter Conjunction | June 9, 202
On 06/09/2026 08:10 pm by Tameem Altameemi | Website | Dubai, United Arab Emirates
On the evening of June 9, 2026, I observed a conjunction between Venus and Jupiter above the western horizon from Dubai, UAE.
The apparent separation between the two planets was approximately one and a half degrees, making them appear remarkably close together in the sky despite being separated by hundreds of millions of kilometers in space.
The images also show several bright stars in the constellation Gemini, along with Mercury near the bottom of the image.
