Hazardous Seas On Memorial Day

Severe hazardous seas advisory on Memorial Day Fleet of Flowers. Only the three Coast Guard boats (and the coast guard helicopter not shown in image) went out to cast flowers and wreaths upon the ocean to honor all seafarers and those lost at sea. The rest of the flower laden boats stayed in the harbor.
