Venus and the Waxing Crescent Moon on May 18, 2026

The conditions weren't exactly ideal, but I drove to a location with an excellent western horizon on Monday night anyway to hopefully observe and photograph the conjunction of the 7.0%-illuminated Moon and Venus.
