Red-Tailed Hawk

Since moving into our home nearly seven years ago, I’ve been working to turn our small suburban backyard into a little nature and wildlife sanctuary, offering food, water, and shelter for all our animal friends. It’s brought me so much happiness watching our little backyard wildlife community grow and thrive. (If you build it, they will come!) I was treated to a visit by this beautiful Red-Tailed Hawk the other day. Backyard birding at its finest!
