Volunteer Pink Columbine
On 05/04/2026 09:01 am by Cecille Kennedy | Depoe Bay, Oregon
This columbine with pink flowers simply showed up in our yard and flowered every year. While birds like finches and buntings eat the seeds, other animals especially squirrels can spread them simply by moving around. Dried columbine pods hold many tiny black seeds that are easily disturbed by bird activity.
