Path to the Milky Way

Under the stars on the dunes at Barnegat Light. It was one of the most beautiful nights so far at the Jersey Shore! It's pretty tough to shoot in NJ - Bortle 4/5 and lots of light pollution to the north. Sometimes though you get lucky and I feel blessed to have captured the Milky way here.

This is a composite, since the sky was shot closer to the ocean and the foreground was shot further away to include a pathway to the beach.
