Mission Comet

Faint Comet C/2025 R3 PanSTARRS rises at dawn on Friday (a little right of the cross) beyond the Mission San Xavier del Bac, south of Tucson. The mission dates from 1797 and is the oldest European structure in Arizona. The comet was not visible to the naked eye in the growing twilight.
