Spring is here. The image shows two of the most abundant species: in flight, a dipterous of the genus Empis, and on the flower, beetles of the genus Andrena.
It is very difficult to photograph certain insect species in agricultural areas. It is only possible to do so in the areas crossed by infrastructure such as roads, canals, and railways. These areas are very important for biodiversity and need to be protected.
