This year the Pacific Trillium sprouted and flowered early and presently they have started to fade. The petals open in pure white and remain so for about a week after which they turn pink, turning darker and deeper pink purple until they dry up or wilt still attached to the stalk. They are perennials coming up and blooming in the early spring year after year.
