Juvenile Red-tailed Hawk

While sitting in my car, I had a surprise visitor land above me on a pole. A juvenile Red-tailed hawk, with yellow eyes & barred (striped) tail instead of the red that adults have. Less experienced at hunting, they often rely on high perches to spot prey.
