Frozen Lake on a Sunny Day

Standing on a frozen lake on a calm sunny frigid day in January. This was taken the day after we had endured harsher subzero weather for 3 straight days where the lowest daytime high was -18 deg F and the windchill was -40 deg F. You can see the aftermath of the blowing prairie blizzards, where some parts of the lake have exposed lake ice, and some parts have a thick blanket of frozen waves of snow.
