Messier 42, The Orion Nebula

In this image, I captured the Great Nebula in Orion (Messier 42), one of the most prominent stellar nurseries in our sky. Located within the larger Orion Molecular Cloud Complex, M42 is an active region of star formation. Dense clouds of gas and dust surround the nebula, giving it a dynamic structure and making it a compelling target for astrophotography
