South region of the Moon with Clavius and Tycho

On the evening of December 28, 2025, before observing the planet Jupiter, I took the opportunity to take some shots of our natural satellite.
In this image, a part of the southern region of the Moon is visible, characterized by an impressive number of craters of all sizes. On the terminator, below, you can see the huge crater Clavius and, further north, the crater Tycho with its central peak.
Atmospheric turbulence was clearly visible during the shot, but in moments of calm the image on the screen was very clear and this allowed me to achieve this beautiful result.
