Eagles Gathering

Following our first significant overnight winter snowstorm, I stopped at the Cohoes Falls. A wonderful surprise with almost thirty eagles perched in nearby trees, & flying around. Because of all the freezing, the open running water below the falls on the Mohawk River attracts eagle, gulls, and other birds for the fishing. The eagles were actually behaving amongst themselves!
