A Solstice Sun Dog of the Sonoran Desert

This appears to be a sundog type of rainbow in the high wispy clouds of the Valley of the Sun— Sonoran Desert.
It appeared about 15 or 20° left or south of the actual Sun, and a bit over an hour before sunset here in South Tempe.
