Putto in the Pleiades

This is a watercolour on aqua board which is a white ceramic base on Masonite.
This allows the watercolours to stay crisp and clear. It is protected by a layer of Schmineke watercolour fixative. I know that it is not your usual submission I just thought that you guys might enjoy it for fun. There are hundreds of historical, traditional oil paintings of cherubs with goddesses I just thought that the whole concept needed a little upgrading.
