Eastern Coyote

While driving a back road, I spotted an Eastern Coyote way off in the distance. From my car I photographed it, and then I watched as it did some jumping and pouncing while hunting. Unlike the western coyotes which are smaller, the Eastern Coyotes resemble a wolf. They are a hybrid of western coyotes, eastern wolves, & possibly some domestic dog DNA. A beautiful animal.
