What is it?

facing almost directly north, from east side of the city of Baltimore looking north so BMORE in front of me, at twilight. Took 3 pictures. Seemed to last only a few minutes. Crazy thing as I was looking after last pic a fireball went rt underneath it across the city horizon. Amazing! Was due north and zero rockets reported launched from eastern, midwest or Canada. What is it?
