The Helping Hand nebula, LDN 1355 (Lynds' Catalogue of Dark Nebulae, originally compiled in 1962 by American astronomer Beverly Turner Lynds)
It is a combination of gas and dust, along with some glowing emission nebula, and is on the eastern side of the constellation Cassiopeia, almost at the border of Camelopardalis, at approximately 1,000 light years from earth.
