Frosty other world scene on the Naknek River

First frost I have seen this season in Alaska. Cold, frosty, ice, condensed moisture, and before Sunrise an other world scenic view shown. This is the Naknek River at King Salmon Alaska, the immense salmon run has transformed into an immense die off, the smell of decay that will fertilize the land is in progress, monster rainbow trout have come out of the depths of Naknek lake to feast on the dead salmon giving them the food resource to overwinter. The trout will return to depths of the lake, and conserve their energy waiting for Spring and the chance to feed again. I am there for the trout, some of the largest in the world, and they will test any fly fisherman. Winter is around the corner in Alaska.
