AR4225 and AR4226 Preside over the Solar Disk.
On 09/25/2025 03:24 pm by David Hawkes | South Yorkshire, UK
Sunny skies with some cloud cover but after some fun with my primary mirror managed to get some shots and they seem ok, even if I wasn’t super happy with my mirror cleaning attempt! AR4225 and AR4226 are the dominant regions at present.
Skywatcher 200P 8” Newtonian, 9.5” Seymour Solar glass white light solar filter, Antares 1.5x Barlow lens, Baader UV/IR cut filter, Nikon Z7 II.
Shot with ASA500 and 1/320 exposure.
Registax 6 and other minor edits.
