The Cosmic Blush

The city and worldwide witnessed a magnificent Cosmic wonder of Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse on the late night of 7th to 8th Sept. early Morning. Thankfully the clouds were by our side over Kolkata, got a total clear window during the Ecliptic phases.
The eclipse was completely visible over east Africa, Asia, and Australia. It was seen when rising over most of Africa and Europe, and when setting over the central Pacific Ocean.
