Earthshine
On 08/25/2025 08:04 pm by HELVIANA SANTARA | Negeri Sembilan Observatory, Malaysia
Earthshine is best seen a few days before or after the New Moon, just after sunset or before sunrise, when the sky is still dark enough. Earthshine helps us understand how reflective Earth is (its albedo) and is a great example of how celestial bodies interact with light.
