Venus and Jupiter in the city

I had been trying to see these two planets in the early morning for the past week, and it had been cloudy. When we finally had a clear morning, they appeared in a lovely arc with the waning moon right at the end of my street in the middle of the city. There was no way to get away from electric wires, sound walls, and other city infrastructure, but that made it all the more exciting to have that kind of astronomy display deep in an urban area.
