Bioluminescing

We headed to Cape Foulweather to shoot the Milky Way over the coast, and were surprised to see bioluminescent plankton light up the ocean by the iconic Gull Rock. A boat's lights glow in the distance and the glow on the upper left is the city of Newport, Oregon.
