What launch was it?

I was going out in my yard to get ready to look for the Perseids meteor shower. When I looked up, I thought I was looking at a cloud, but for some reason, it seemed like it was spiraling and going very slowly. I ran inside to get my cell phone to grab a shot before it went over the house it was traveling northwest. We still have not had a really clear answer. Seems like this conflicting launches that it could’ve been.
