This is the most eastern part of Hawai'i called Cape Kumukahi. To get here, we have to cross over the 2018 lava flow over Kapoho. Kumukahi means the first beginning or origin; where the sun first touches the Hawaiian islands. Believe it or not, there are still residents toughing it out here!
