This widefield image showcases the spectacular Veil Nebula, a sprawling supernova remnant located in the constellation Cygnus, about 2,400 light-years from Earth. Known for its delicate filaments and colorful ionized gas structures, the Veil is a favorite target among astrophotographers.
Captured from the clear skies of the United Arab Emirates, this image blends over 9 hours of integration time to reveal the fine tendrils of the Veil in stunning detail and color.
