The Moon and the Little King

Last night the Moon was in conjunction with Regulus, the brightest star in the Leo constellation.
Its name is very ancient and can be translated as "Little King." The Sumerians called it Iin this way: LUGAL, The King. For the Arabs, it more precisely represented the animal's heart, which is why they called it Qalb al Asad.
The star is one of the four Royal Stars in the celestial vault. And being along the ecliptic, it is often in conjunction with the Moon and planets. At dawn on September 19th and 20th, for example, it will be in conjunction with Venus
