Bad day to be a perch; good day to be a green heron.

This average sized green heron plucked this full-grown perch out of the lake and flew across the water with it, landing on a semi-submerged dead tree. The heron then positioned the fish and gradually swallowed it whole, then straightened up. For a while afterwards its neck was as large as its body.
